Joint ESG Research Project Between Henley Business School And Risk Insights: Announcement On The Progress

Following COP26, companies, investors, civil society, regulators, and other stakeholders are looking for guidance from leading academic and industry experts in navigating the shift towards a sustainable economy at the time of stakeholder capitalism and the 4th industrial revolution.   Attuned and proactive conscious leadership is critical at a time of global uncertainty and large-scale geopolitical and economic shifts and recalibration.

Henley Business School, the only quadruple-accredited business school in Africa, and Risk Insights, creator of ESG GPS™, announces the achievement of the major milestone in the joint ESG research project on Adoption and Practice of Environmental, Social and Governance Factors in South African Listed Companies: A Board Perspective. Risk Insights and Henley Business school have successfully completed the literature review for this stage of the project and will embark on interviewing key board and C-suite members to participate and provide input on how ESG is being interpreted and integrated in strategy, operations and reporting in South African listed companies.
