ANNOUNCEMENT OF COLLABORATION BETWEEN PwC AND RISK INSIGHTS
This month, Risk Insights was pleased to announce the start of a collaboration between Risk Insights and industry giant, PwC. Under the deal signed between two parties, PwC will use Risk Insights’ ESG GPS tool to access the underlying ESG GPS ratings reports and leverage the ESG GPS database to advise companies on how to improve their ESG strategies, transformations, performances, and reporting.
ESG GPS currently covers the three major stock exchanges across the African continent, which includes South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya. We invite this new collaboration with open arms and are pleased to work with a major global sustainability player such as PwC.
The relationship between PwC and Risk Insights (Pty) Ltd remains one of independent contractors and does not result in the verification or provision of assurance on each other's services.

Risk Insights being recognized by the World Economic Forum for two consecutive years:
We are very proud and humbled that the World Economic Forum again recognized Risk Insights (Pty) Ltd in an honourable mention for the Excellence in Sustainability as the first company in Africa to create ESG GPS an AI-driven tool for rating the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance of listed companies for the continent. Risk Insights was previously awarded for being the winner of excellence in agile business governance in 2020.

Risk Insights’ participation in more ESG events
Risk Insights continues to participate in numerous ESG related events and held a masterclass over the past month, with aim to bring much required attention to the ESG issues and solutions both in South Africa and across the continent. We at Risk Insights were very pleased to facilitate event of the Investment Analysts Society of South Africa (IAS): Masterclass on ESG, special thanks to Anne Marie Wood and Jamie Yaldwyn from the IASociety of South Africa for invitation. We were also participated at the 3rd Global Investment Opportunities Conference on the 24th to the 25th of November held in Kenya arranged by Enwealth Financial Services Limited, special thanks to CEO of Enwealth Simon Wafubwa. ESG continues to grow in our green continent, and Risk Insights continues to make its contribution towards development of ESG.
Window on The Week:
As the impact and recognition of ESG continues to grow across the continent, we at Risk Insights continue introduction of its framework in a manner that assists stakeholders, potential investors, regulators and other stakeholders to understand how important it is to be ESG compliant on every level with each individual factor.
